Refund & Return Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, refunds and replacements are only offered if the item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Shipping delays outside our control
- Minor variations in color or print placement
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
All claims are reviewed in coordination with our fulfillment partner, Printful.
European Union Customers
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalized.
As all products sold through our store are produced on demand specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved after review with our fulfillment partner, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
